Bosch/Sortimo i-Boxx72 Sorting Containers

BackgroundI broke down and bought a set of Bosch's L-Boxx and i-Boxx for managing a bunch of parts and tools. Bosch sells some injection-molded sorting boxes, but 1) they weren't a great collection of sizes; 2) I needed a lot more small boxes; 3) they didn't have a clear place to put a label.DesignThese are designed on a 12x8 grid system within the i-Boxx72 with 0.5mm inter-box separation, and about 1.5mm clearance at the top between the top of the box and the lid. This should help reduce the likelihood of spillage for anything but the smallest parts. In addition, there's a fillet at the bottom to help make those last few parts easier to grab.You can place labels on these. They are either 25mm or 52mm wide and 9mm hide (designed for Brother P-Touch, but similar should work) depending on the dimension of the box's width.You can find the Fusion 360 f3d file here and it is parameterized.
