Right angle adapter for Bosch ROS20VSC Random Orbit Sander for sanding edges perpendicular to faces. I used EZ-Lok #8-32 threaded inserts for the socket head cap screws that joint the 2 pieces that lock to the minor diameter on the sander body, which requires an 11/64" drill bit to pilot hole into the printed holes to give the proper pilot. Uses 3M double sided tape to attach the spacer to the body of the sander near the sanding wheel. I used epoxy to bond the spacer to the main body. To assemble, install the EZ-Lok threaded adapters in the main body and loosely screw together. Install the double sided tape on the spacer and bond to the sander body. Then, tighten the screws and check for squareness. If the angle is less than 90 degrees, shimming is required. If the angle is more than 90 degrees, sanding is required on teh spacer flat face. When all is squared up, loosen the screws and add epoxy to the flat side of the spacer that will bond to the main body. Then, tighten the screws so it bonds. Let the epoxy set.
