Bosch quick clamping chuck handgrip
thingiverse
This is a Bosch quick clamping chuck handgrip. It allows you to handle bits and other tips up to 10 mm in diameter. The screws prevent the stem from falling out and stop it from rotating inside. The crenellated design at the bottom makes use of the grooves at the edge of the chuck, adding stability to the assembly. A brass tube is removed from an electrical connection plug. Its inner diameter is 8 mm, its outer 11.5 mm, and its length is 13 mm. It should be inserted into the upper part before gluing it in place. If you don't have a tube of these dimensions, see Bosch quick clamping chuck handgrip refurbished. Use PVC pipe adhesive or acetone (if you print in ABS). If you edit the FreeCad design, you need to cut the stl file on the Z axis to 8,501 mm with NetFabb. Rotate the bottom part 180º before printing.
