This is a versatile adapter designed specifically for the Bosch PWS 7-115 Angle Grinder and similar models. Two embedded M10 nuts at the front of the power tool provide secure mounting, allowing the angle grinder to be used in innovative ways. The adapter's design was inspired by a Makezine article where Tuomas Soikkeli transformed a Bosch angle grinder into multiple tools, including a guided cutter, chop saw, and circular saw. The adapter is easily attached to the angle grinder with two M10 x 25mm bolts after being securely hooked into place over the front of the tool. The existing threaded handle mount holes on either side are used for attachment. Full access remains available to the spindle lock and guard adjuster even when the adapter is in use. This adapter serves as a crucial component for those without welding skills or equipment, enabling angle grinders to be mounted onto various 3D printed, wooden, or metal platforms and accessories. Future attachments will be designed to further enhance its capabilities.
