Bosch Professional Battery Mount with Electronics

It is a Bosch Battery Mount designed to securely hold a Professional series battery. In this mount, I utilized the electronics (30 Euro, $30) from the Bosch Fan: https://www.bosch-professional.com/de/de/products/gbl-18v-120-06019F5100. I replaced the original heat sink with an Alloy Plate (52 mm x 30 mm x 3 mm). The FETs are mounted upside down, and the switches have been removed to provide short-circuit wires for continuous power output. To assemble the two halves of the mount, I recommend using three 15 mm sheet metal screws or thermoplastic screws (no plastic screws). To secure the battery holder in place, four millimeter countersunk screws are proposed. Updated: 07/11/2020 - The battery remains firmly seated but is not as tightly secured compared to the initial design. - Edges have been rounded.
