Bosch PR20EVS Router Base

If you print this and want improvements to the model, just message me and I can tweak it. It still needs some work to get the bushing more concentric with the tool's axle. I made this for my little 1hp Bosch router. I can use laser cut templates out with whatever offset is needed and use this to "trace" the pattern like a stop piloted bit, but when you don't have a top piloted bit. 11/21/2016 Update Known outstanding issues: A notch is needed to clear a little stud on the router. I carved it out with a Dremel. More work needs done to improve bed adhesion and prevent warping. The design may be improved by replacing the plastic lug bushing with a metal tube. 11/22/2016 Update Previous issues 1 & 2 have been addressed. A .25mm change was made to better center the adapter plate bushing. I added some ribs to the base plate where the accessory lugs are, to help reduce deflection when levering the router off these mounting points.
