Bosch PKS 55A dust collector

The original dust collector on my Bosch PKS 55A got jammed in the saw and snapped when trying to pry it out. So I designed a new one that works much better than the original: - It has a larger capacity, so it's not full after just two cuts in thick wood - Emptying it is easier thanks to the magnetic flap and slightly conical shape Required hardware: - 1x M3x40mm bolt - 1x M3 nut - 2x 20x6x2mm neodymium magnets How to print it: In your slicer, insert a pause at the right height to insert the magnets. I printed it at 0.2mm layer height so the best spot was at the start of 2.8mm layer. Insert both magnets in the same orientation (both North up or both South up). Then let the rest of the print finish. Post-processing: The magnet on the flap is covered with a thin layer of plastic, which may end up messy and not flat. Smoothen it by cutting away protrusions with a sharp knife or sanding it so the flap closes nicely flat against the body. Assemble with one bolt; the nut may need some force to fit into the hexagonal recess.
