This is a guide rail adapter for Bosch PKS 18 LI battery powered circulair saw. WARNING: Be aware, if you use your own existing rail make sure it doesn't cut in to the guide rail rubbers, these rubbers are at the bottom of the guide rails and gets cut to right size when you saw first time with the rail, I made sure that my adapter is 1mm away from the rubbers, since it is already used the rails with my PKS 66 AF before. DISCLAIMER: I can not be hold responsible if you cut in your guide or damage something on your devices. Test the adapter before, without turning on the circulair saw. This adapter is made for the Bosch PKS 66 AF guide rail, the rails are also sold separate: https://www.bosch-diy.com/gb/en/p/2-piece-plastic-guide-rail-with-g-clamps-2763232 Part number is: 2 609 255 732 Because of the design of PKS 18 LI you need to saw to oppositie side to the 90 degree arrow on the guide rail and not to the same direction as arrow showing on the rail. Normal 90 degree cut depth of PKS 18 LI is 48mm but with this guide it will cut only 30mm deep, still enough for a smal battery powered circulair saw. 45 degree cuts are not possible, max cut angle is 35 degrees. The adapter gets tighten on the front and the back with two bolts and one nut. Print is in two pieces and you can put it together with M3 bolts and nuts Sizes of the bolts and nuts used are shown in the pictures. I printed with ABS to make sure it is strong, infill is 30% but 20% should work too. You need to use supports for underside and nut holes.
