Bosch Pho 16-82 Wood Planer Mounts
thingiverse
I wanted to mount my wood planer level, but the mounting threads were oddly spaced on this device. In the front there are two M6 threaded holes at different heights, and one M6 threaded hole is in the back at yet another height. So I designed these two mounting brackets. There is room for a counter sunk M6 bolt and two 6.4mm holes, which allow insertion of Ruthex M5 [threaded inserts](https://www.amazon.de/-/en/ruthex%C2%AE-threaded-Press-fit-plastic-ultrasound/dp/B07YSVXWS8). These inserts are spaced exactly 230mm horizontal and 30mm vertical. The saw template for two wooden handles is included. I've printed these with a 0.8mm nozzle for increased part rigidity and print speed. Changelog: - Made the rear M6 hole to a long hole. This way, the wood planer can be leveled.
