Bosch PBS 75A Sander / Roller Replacement Part / Fix

This is a replacement Front Roller for a Bosch PBS 75 A Belt Sander that replaces a broken component on the original machine. It demands two Oilite Bushes measuring 12x18x12mm (for instance: Oil Impregnated Sintered Bronze Bushes AMC 121818 with a 12mm inner diameter, an 18mm outer diameter and a length of 12mm). The picture displays the old part that has been broken and the new part with the bushes pressed firmly into place. This component is designed to be easily printable without any supports, and one side of the roller lies flat on the build plate. Note that the bush inserted on this flat surface will protrude a couple of mm above the printed part, whereas the bush at the other end will sit almost flush with the end. It's probably best to print this component in something tough and more heat resistant like ABS with plenty of perimeters and/or solid infill. However, I printed the first example in PLA to see how it performs.
