Bosch Miter Saw Dust Collection Adapter

Adapter to connect the dust port on a Bosch GCM12SD to a standard 2.5" hose. May fit other saws, but this one is tested and works perfectly fine. It requires a fairly close fit at the saw to seal nicely and close securely on the locking tabs. Two testers were included to allow checking the fit in case you need to scale the model before printing. - Saw Connector Test Fit: This end goes onto the saw - it should slide on with just a little resistance and twist and lock securely onto the dust port's lugs. - Hose Adapter Test Fit: Fits over the 2.5" dust collection hose, which is sized to slide all the way on (from the very bottom of the adapter when standing like in the photos). Because hoses are slightly tapered, scaling isn't as important - just make sure it goes on at least halfway and gets snug before it bottoms out. Printing requires support. The locking tabs at the top need support, shown in the photo. Cura's "Everywhere" setting was used to create the supports.
