Bosch Miter Saw Dust Collection Adapter

Adapter to connect the dust port on a Bosch GCM12SD to a standard 2.5" hose. May fit other saws, but this is the one I have and the one I tested. It requires a fairly close fit at the saw to seal nicely and close securely on the locking tabs. I included two testers to allow checking the fit in case you need to scale the model before printing. - Saw Connector Test Fit: is the end that goes on the saw -- it should slide on with just a little resistance and should twist and lock securely onto the dust port's lugs. Hose Adapter Test Fit: fits over the 2.5" dust collection hose. This is sized to slide all the way on (so taken from the very bottom of the adapter when it's standing like in the photos). Because the hoses are slightly tapered, scale isn't as important. As long as it goes on at least half way and gets snug before it bottoms out, you should be fine. Printing requires support. The locking tabs at the top need support, shown in the photo. I used the "Everywhere" setting in Cura.
