I came up with this idea after watching numerous videos on YouTube where creators used wooden components for these guides, but since I don't have a table saw to achieve precision, I decided to design one specifically for 3D printing. (To see how it's utilized, simply search YouTube for "Track saw parallel guides") These parallel guides are perfect for making accurate repeatable cuts and can be used to set cut size by applying adhesive tape onto the aluminum tube. The rail guides are designed to fit 20x20 Aluminum tubing. I utilized rapid epoxy to securely bond it to the tube while the guides were attached to the rail. The 20x20 Aluminum tubing clamp is designed to accommodate an 8mm x 30mm bolt and nut because that was what I had on hand while designing it, and to make it easy to tighten by hand, I created a wing adapter for the nut.
