I'm redesigning a 50x30x3mm aluminium profile, specifically for increased rigidity, http://tinyurl.com/yxt6qqyp. The sliding component is now wider and longer to provide additional stability, with two newly added fillets for extra support. Two holes are drilled into the upper side of the sliding area to serve as a depth limiter. I plan to utilize these holes along with two bolts and a plastic slider beneath them to achieve this function. Fusion360 files are readily available for review.
