Zero clearance insert for the Bosch GTS635-216.I had to print in two pieces and glue them, but I've included an "un-split" stl also.I added sections of 100% infill around the corners, the joint, and where the blade will cut through.I did make a slot for the blade - but you will still need to raise your blade to cut it to final size - as you'd expect for any zero-clearance.Slot for the riving knife is the right size for my knife and worked as-is.Update: I made some small changes after testing and added new v6 f3d files - added an extra 0.25mm clearance for one of the cutouts, and some extra supports at the bottom. These are not severe enough that I had to re-print mine (so I did not), but rather tweaks that will make it better next time…After some normal and expected post-processing (Waxing the insert, adding some levelling screws, cutting the actual slot using the saw itself), it works great :-)
