I designed this glider for my sliding carriage for my Bosch GTS 635-216. You need to print 6 of them put three of them together. Put small pieces of double-sided adhesive tape bottom side of the glider and put the glider with the drill holes downside into the gliding rails of your GTS. Put your sliding carriage on top, press hard that the adhesive tape sticks on your sliding carriage. I used 3.5x12mm screws to mount the glider to the sliding carriage then.
