Replacement bushing for Bosch GTS 635-216 table saw. Remix of 3921249 (search function not working currently so I cannot link). Found 3921249 had too much play so I made my own version based on the drawings provided. It now fits VERY snuggly at least when I printed it. The machine has two of these bushings but I only replaced the back bushing since the front of the machine is locked down and cant move while cutting. Also has the added benefit of the saw carriage no longer falling to the side when the locking lever is released. Edit: Several people report that this items is too tight. I suspect I had my printer calibration a bit off. Nevertheless, if the other thing prints too loose, you might want to give this thing a try. Printed mine in PLA. No special settings.
