I made this adapter to fit my Bosch 6" sander and adapt it to a standard 2.5" shopvac hose. The 5" Bosch sander appears to have the same dust port so it should work fine with both. I printed this in TPU so it would be flexible and fit over the Bosch ribs. ***This won't fit properly if you use PLA or another hard material*** I used Prinline brand from Amazon but just about any TPU should be fine. Printed on an X1 Carbon with 6 walls and no supports.
