Bosch GAS 25 Cable Management Extension
thingiverse
With these two components you can increase the height of the cable management strut to accommodate a longer and/or thicker cable. Printing ==================== Both parts are designed for printing with a 0.2mm layer thickness, without any support material required. The pocket for the nuts features 45° angles that connect seamlessly to the 5.5mm hole, eliminating the need for support structures. Additional Components ==================== You will need two M5x50 screws that meet DIN 7991 or ISO 10642 standards, and two M5 nylon insert nuts conforming to DIN 985 or ISO 10511 specifications. Alternatively, you can use DIN 934 or ISO 4032 M5 nuts without the nylon insert. Mounting ==================== First, install the two nuts in place. If they are slightly too tight, use a vice to press them firmly into position. However, be careful not to over-tighten – the nylon insert nuts should protrude by approximately one millimeter. Once the parts are assembled on the GAS 25 cable strut, tighten the top screw first. Then, proceed to tighten the bottom screw carefully, as the print may not connect properly in this area and excessive force can cause it to break.
