The Bosch GAS 18V-10 L excels as a reliable 18V shop vacuum, but falls short without wheels. To rectify this, I sourced a sturdy 6€ plant cart and engineered custom clamps to secure the vac firmly onto its surface. To attach each clamp, I employed one DIN 912 M4x20 screw and two DIN9021 fender washers. The washers are strategically positioned between the clamp and the vac due to slight misalignment issues. To avoid compromising the vacuum's structure, screws must be tightened with care, as its plastic components are relatively fragile. In fact, I had to repair two damaged screw holes using molten filament.
