I printed the Bosch Economic fridge handle out of ABS for extra strength. I set the slicer to a medium setting with two solid layers and waited three hours and 30 minutes while my Prusa MK3S printer did its magic. The result was incredibly robust and looked fantastic too - not at all like it came off some cheap manufacturing line! As for accuracy, this model is so much stronger than I could've imagined from a standard part and probably could even take a rapid print without breaking under the slightest pressure but my test piece only took around three hours total time so probably wouldn't have benefited from one of these 'express' jobs at all since this isn't anything close to rushed. My printer really put in an honest day's work printing those several tiny walls at about .15mm, 4 layers down (so 6 mm wide) using Cura version three, which actually didn't struggle even with a print area slightly wider than I thought - the edges were sharp too and I couldn't help feeling this piece will just get the job done so who knows maybe rapid could be worth looking into depending on speed requirement! The fridge part is designed with functionality as well in mind of course though; the designers went all out and gave me a decent bit to print which actually includes a very simple but functional handle attachment at base of fridge so its not purely decorative (I was able to get both these two parts done successfully so far, though that's mostly luck!) Overall printing these has taken a little less than five hours so all up, this process didn't even feel time-consuming for someone who is used to making such complicated designs - in other words really impressive if I may say so myself because you never know what results lie ahead before getting down to it.
