Bosch E-Bike charger 36-2 wall mount with cable passthrough

I'm redesigning a mount for my Bosch e-bike battery charger 2A. The design includes a hidden cable compartment behind the charger housing, which keeps the cable organized and out of sight. A narrow channel runs along the back of the charger to secure it in place. The Bosch charger fits snugly into its designated slot, minimizing movement and rattling. I've optimized the design for maximum efficiency, aiming for a 97% fill rate. By incorporating strategically placed gaps, I've managed to reduce material usage while maintaining structural integrity. This compact mount is perfect for smaller printers like my Monoprice Select Mini, which boasts a 120mm build area. The printing process took approximately 4.5 hours on medium quality settings. Once complete, you can easily attach the mount to your wall using countersunk screws with diameters between 3.5 and 4mm (~20mm in length).
