Bosch Dishwasher Latch Fix

I own a Bosch SKT3002 dishwasher that won't stay closed during its operation. When the door suddenly opens, water spills all over the floor. The dishwasher's parts seem to be in good condition, but the latch mechanism is positioned too low to effectively catch the door. It appears slightly bent downward. To resolve this issue temporarily, I created a custom latch and attached it on top of the existing one. This makeshift solution works by adding extra height, allowing the latch to properly engage with the door.
