This is a custom dust collection boot for the Bosch Colt router. Based on the ShapeOko Dust Boot design, it's tailored to meet specific needs by being designed in multiple pieces without supports and removing the spindle lock feature. The parts must be bonded together using adhesives. Key features include: A vacuum port directly in front of the router or 45 degrees to the left (two separate models) Exhaust venting Removable dust brush Removable threaded nozzles (two sizes) that can be used separately or together The indexing system on each model allows for easy alignment during bonding. Additional items required: Dust Brush: available on Amazon 10-32 x 1" cap screw or M5 x.8 - 25mm length cap screw Adhesives: available on Amazon (for PLA or PETG) or acetone (for ABS) Printing options: Choose the Clamp Upper0.stl for a vacuum port directly in front of the router. Choose the Clamp Upper45.stl for a vacuum port 45 degrees to the left of the router. Print the Sleeve Reducer if using a 1 1/4" vacuum connection. Assembly steps: Prep all parts by removing any stringing. Remove 3 vertical ribs from the vacuum plenum using a pliers. Dry fit the model to ensure everything works properly. Apply adhesive and reassemble the model. Tap the smaller clamp hole with a 10-32 or M5 tap. Install 10-32 or M5 cap screw. Optional post-assembly steps: Guide an 8" brush strip into the groove (requires some effort). Thread in nozzle(s). Sleeve reducer included for adapting from 1 1/2" to 1 1/4" vacuum hose connections.
