Work still in progress, blade model not manifold yet. Two new versions added, v4 tested last week and proven fairly durable unless hitting something hard. Created v5 with untested material around the hole where it usually snaps. UPDATE: Use v5 as it has proven much more durable during today's testing. UPDATE 2: Blade v5 in 45-degree angled position on print bed with 100% infill provides better structural integrity, surviving hitting a branch or stone. Used same blade for two full batteries, losing only top 1.5 cm. WARNING: Running trimmer unbalanced for too long might damage the motor. Best version printed so far has 2mm shell. Use brim to avoid warping. Replacement blades for weed wacker or trimmer use two parts, a hub and the blade. Insert blade, push hub into bigger hole, pull blade until it snaps in place on hub. Longer/thicker hub included if plate is damaged like mine in picture. Holds better with this design.
