Bosch 18V battery mounting
thingiverse
I have developed this device for all 18V Bosch batteries. It is extremely stable and the batteries can be easily inserted and removed. The main advantage over comparable devices is the smaller size, which results in less material consumption and less printing time. Depending on the number of batteries, several holders can be mounted side by side. Only the first holder has to be fixed with two screws. Due to the spring that connects to the groove of the adjacent holder, only one screw is needed for each additional holder. The bracket is wide enough so that several of them can be attached directly to each other and the batteries can still be inserted or removed easily. The chamfer in the rectangular recess makes it easier to remove the battery. The drill holes are designed for M4 countersunk screws. Similar commercially available countersunk screws should also fit. For the screws I recommend a tightening torque of 1Nm.
