Bosch 1617 Fixed Base Plate for larger bits

I created two bases for my Bosch Router's 1617 fixed base to accommodate a larger chamfer bit than the original base would allow (2.5" diameter chamfer bit). I've opened up the central hole to 80 mm / 3.14" to give some extra opening space for my dust collector to grab more debris. I've made a circular and a square base depending on your needs. I recommend printing with a high infill % and, if you are not using a glass bed or very smooth bed, sanding the bottom of the plate with 300 to 1200 grit sand paper for less friction on your work piece. For smaller printers, like my creator pro, I split the square base in half (152 mm-ish square and my bed can only do 140 mm in the Y direction) but each half uses two screws so they don't have to be joined prior to attaching to the base. I've also included the non-split models for larger printers to print in one piece. Note: Using larger bits (2"+ diameters) on handheld routers is hazardous and should only be done when necessary and done by experienced users. Take your time with smaller cuts and keep a firm grip on the router. If possible, use a router table with those large bits. I couldn't use my router table in this case as the work piece I'm using it on is 4x8 feet and weighs 300 lbs.
