Routers operate at high rpm, making this entirely your responsibility. (disclaimer) Not sanctioned, endorsed, or affiliated with Bosch. This fan is intended to replace the obsolete part 3606610517, internal cooling fan. The design was derived from remaining parts in the housing after factory part failure. *Remixed the fan due to weak mating at the outer rim joint.* The two-piece hub section meets over the factory hex remaining once the plastic fan is removed. There's a ridge facing the collet or away from the windings. The hubless fan is glued over this hub, flush at the top. Allow it to remain overnight. *The nut tool is optional; I saw a screwdriver used in a video for bearing replacement on this same tool. But the printed tool works quite smoothly.* Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: i3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 100% Notes: I raft everything to prevent warping. Printed in ABS for strength, without a fan, at 70C bed and 230C Hot End. How I Designed This Lots of mirror and rotate. I'm sure there's an easier method for the fan, but I designed the 0.2mm fan (wheel) spokes and mirrored the image then rotated that mirror object 0.5 degrees. Repeat until the desired height is achieved. I built it up just like you slice down the STL. I design in 123D and am still too new to have successfully skewed the full 10mm construct.
