I cracked my trusty Bosch reverse switch and swiftly concluded that rather than shelling out for an entirely new screwdriver - since this is an older model and no replacement parts are available - I could easily design and 3D print a brand-new one. A printed replica turned out to be a perfect fit, but with the assistance of some fine-grit sandpaper, it functions flawlessly. Just before hitting print, make sure your Bosch screwdriver looks identical to mine.
