bosch 10.8 ec drill BIT HOLDER ATTACHMENT

I designed this project using SolidWorks, a powerful design software that allows me to bring my ideas to life with precision and accuracy. The attachment can be mounted securely using either a 7-driver bit or a magnetic bit holder, ensuring a seamless assembly process. The material used for the print is white PLA, which has a nozzle diameter of 0.4MM, making it perfect for creating detailed and intricate designs. The stacking height is set at 0.15, allowing for optimal layering and smoothness. With a printing speed of 40, I was able to achieve a high-quality finish in no time. The total printing time consumed was approximately seven hours, which may seem like a long time, but the end result is well worth it. Here are the print settings I used: Printer: scv (Korea-made) - This printer has proven to be reliable and efficient, producing high-quality prints with ease. Rafts: Yes - Raft technology allows for secure adhesion of the print to the build plate, reducing warping and ensuring a stable foundation. Supports: No - I chose not to use supports in this design as they can sometimes create unwanted artifacts or distortions. Infill: 85% - By using an infill percentage of 85%, I was able to achieve a strong and durable print while also maintaining a smooth surface finish. Notes: I used a 0.4 nozzle, which provides excellent detail and accuracy. The white PLA filament has a thickness of 1.7mm, allowing for vibrant and eye-catching colors.
