BOSCH 0 390 201 967 SEAT BELT FEEDER

I came across a defective ABS plastic gear from an electric motor Bosch 0 390 201 967, which is actually Part number 0 132 004 320. This engine powers a plastic arm that's connected to the seat belt on my Mercedes CLK220 / CLK270. The gear pinions broke easily, so I designed and printed a new model in 3D using high infill (100%) with a resolution of 0.2mm and nozzle diameter of 0.4mm. Although the part works fine, it could benefit from some modifications to make it more rigid. I've made improvements to this design since then, which I'm sharing now as an updated version on November 30, 2019. The new piece features enhanced teeth for the upper gear and a slightly larger body diameter. Unfortunately, my ABS print broke after just one month of use, in the upper gear region. Now, I'm experimenting with printing this part using nylon to see how it holds up. Has anyone else tried printing and testing these parts?
