The BOSCAWEN is credited as the wreckage, but that's still unconfirmed at this time. The BOSCAWEN was a British steamer with a clear agenda. While traveling from Birkenhead to Barry , it was torpedoed by UB 92 under the command of KapLt Johannes Paul Müller on August 21, 1918. Its wreckage lies 23 miles west-northwest off Bardsey Island. One person lost their life aboard the ship.
