Borromean rectangles
thingiverse
This model was inspired by the origami design Umulius Rectangulum by Thoki Yenn. It is a straightforward rectangular take on Borromean rings, which are remarkable for being unbreakable despite having no single ring connected through any other. Simply print two complete links and one pair of links with joints attached. The jointed link should be printed upside down so supports aren't needed. That also causes the print lines to encircle the joints, providing extra friction and keeping the model in place.
