borosilicate glass plate holder for flashforge creator - replicator - clones

I needed a way to keep the glass plate from shifting on my Flashforge USA printer's aluminum bed. After several attempts, I designed a custom solution to stabilize it. The 4 clips I created will exert pressure on the plate from all sides, holding it firmly in place during the print process, regardless of temperature fluctuations. Removing and reattaching the plate is also straightforward. To fit glass plates that match exactly in size with your aluminum bed, simply use the first design file. If you have a smaller glass plate than aluminum, choose the respective version instead. I've also developed a specialized version for PowerSpec 3D printers, labeled "special raised .25," which is continuously being refined through successive iterations; our latest version is V5. Instructions: You will need supports for this model, but don't worry; the software will handle that easily, and there won't be much to remove. I printed mine using ABS with 3 plain layers at the bottom and top, 2 side layers, and 20% infill. To attach the clips securely, I used longer screws than those originally supplied.
