Graf Boris was a great warrior and a brilliant statesman, and had been the head of House Todbringer for decades. The last years of Graf Boris were full of whispered rumours that personal and political problems weighed heavily on his mind. His battles with the Beastmen in the Drakwald Forest, in particular with the banebeast Khazrak whose eye he took and in turn lost his own right eye to the year after, were a ceaseless struggle.
