Border pieces for Settlers of Catan

This is a basic set of border pieces to replace the frustrating cardboard borders that come with the standard Settlers of Catan set. Even though there are a number of border kits, none of them were quite what I wanted, and I needed the parts to be small enough to fit on a smaller build plate. This border set can be used with a standard game. There are 5 basic pieces to this border set. Four of the pieces are used in the 3-4 player version, and all 5 pieces are used in the 5-6 player version. The part type (A to E) is embossed on the outside edge to keep them straight You can use the port pieces that come with the set, or print a set like these to use.: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:690073 In the 3-4 player version, you will need 3 each of the A, B, C and E borders. They are arranged as A-C-B-E-A-C-B-E-A-C-B-E in a clockwise fashion. In the 5-6 player version, you will need to add 2 of the D parts and 2 of the E parts. They are arranged as A-C-E-A-C-B-E-D-B-E-D-B-E-A-C-E in a clockwise fashion. The parts are interchangeable, so you can create a non-standard port configuration game if you like as well. The mating parts are designed with a fitment gap of 0.2mm so they are fairly tight. If they don't lay flat, you might need to sand the mating parts a bit.
