Border for interlocking Settlers of Catan hex tiles

After testing the original models from Baymaxums (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2133068), I discovered that the puzzle piece connectors were excessively tight with virtually no clearance between the pieces. To resolve this issue, I simply trimmed about 0.5mm from the socket sides of the models. The pieces now fit together smoothly but firmly in PLA, while ABS exhibits a bit more shrinkage, resulting in slightly looser joints; however, they remain perfectly suitable for their intended purpose. I experimented with infill settings to achieve a more fluid appearance since I was using transparent filament. The model in the images is rendered with Archimedean Chords in Slic3r. Additionally, I encountered difficulties getting the interlocking pieces to work on the original files (the border is designed for this set of hex tiles https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2035221). To overcome this challenge, I simply sliced 2.25mm off the bottom of each tile, resulting in thinner pieces that still function exceptionally well. The files you're downloading here retain the interlocking component; however, the images do not.
