Border for IKEA FINNBY shelve

This is a border for FINNBY. Our two cats adore sleeping on top of our FINNBY shelves. Unfortunately, they are quite careless and manage to fall off while asleep. This is why I designed this border to protect them from falling off. It works like a charm. If you also have cats that love to sleep on top of your shelf, this is exactly what you need. The border has three distinct parts that connect seamlessly together. You can choose between two lengths: long and short. Here are the specifications for each: * Long: 180mm per part * Short: 110mm per part For a Finnby, you will need: 1x Border End Part (Long) 1x Border End Hole Part (Long) 3x Border Middle Part (Long) This creates a 54cm length that sticks together perfectly. Alternatively, for a slightly shorter shelf, try this combination: 1x Border End Part (Short) 1x Border End Hole Part (Short) 3x Border Middle Part (Short) This creates a 55cm length that connects smoothly. Of course, you can mix and match to create other lengths for different shelves. To attach the border, I used double-sided tape, but poster strips or similar adhesives will work just as well. Enjoy!
