This model was saved for several softwares: 3ds max 2012 or higher Maya 2011 or higher Cinema 4D r15 or higher Softimage XSI 2013 or higher We also exported the mesh as FBX and OBJ objects, including the base mesh soif you would need to open the model in any other 3d software you just need to import the OBJ or FBX base mesh and apply the interpolation method to smooth the mesh that software bring, for example in Blender you just need to apply the Subsurf modifier and the model will be the same as it is in 3ds max or any other software.
