Bora Wood Rack Parts

I bought a few of the Bora Wood Rack kits from my local hardware store to store lumber in my garage. Unfortunately, I lost some of the wall spacers between purchase and installation, so I quickly modeled one so I could make replacements.I also found that storing cylindrical objects (like 10' pipe clamps) has the risk of the objects rolling off the end, so I made new end-caps with a lip to prevent this from occurring.PrintingNo supports needed for either model, print with standard Voron printed parts settings. I printed this in ABS, but PETG should work as well. For the wall spacer, a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height maintains most of the features. The resulting part feels stronger than the provided spaces. For the end-cap, a 0.4mm nozzle can print at a 0.3mm layer height with acceptable results.AssemblyFor the wall spacer, follow the instructions with the kit.For the end-caps, use pliers to remove the existing end-caps from the arms. They are held in quite securely using friction. Once removed, you can insert the new end-caps; I found that the length of the end-cap is long enough to prevent it from falling out, but you could use some adhesive to ensure they remain in place. Also, the square tubing used by the kit varies slightly in size; the end-caps will self-clearance if you use a hammer to tap them in.
