Boot Dryer (for 80MM Fan)
thingiverse
I took inspiration from Rconroy's design so I'm gonna call it a remix, however I designed this model from scratch for an 80MM fan after unsuccessfully trying to scale his thing for an 80mm fan. That said, this is 1 piece that I printed and should take about 16 hours to print if you use similar settings as I did. Tested both boots, 1 without the fan, 1 with and within 2 hours I was able to noticeably tell how much dryer the boot was. I got these (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IJ2J2K0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) from Amazon since they are USB powered and I can run it off my truck's power overnight while camping to dry my boots off during extended / multi-night camping trips. Just remove the rubber isolators from the screw, turn it around and thread them into the print to secure the fan to the shroud. 60mm/s 15% infill 0.2mm layers 0.4mm nozzel no supports flipped 180* to print PLA+ @ 210C hot end / 60C bed
