These are simple motor caps for boosted v2, they're cut way back for several reasons:\ - Quick belt change/replace - only skate tool required, no hex key needed. - Cut back allows over 97mm wheels without rubbing (should fit 100mm and 110mm wheels - not tested). - Why not? A peek at the motor gear is pretty cool. The cap still protects the motor gear and a large part of the belt.
