This is the adapter that is necessary to mount a 4-cylinder Magura MT5e disk brake calliper. This type of adapter doesn't exist commercially, hence this 3d-print. Using the adapter you may upgrade your scooter to using a hydraulic Magura brake. You will need a replacement brake disk of 140mm (20mm larger than the original one). The adapter is 51mm IS 90deg angle - 74mm post-mount 140mm disk.
