Boosted Mini Light Holder
thingiverse
I built a custom light mount for my mini X drone. I used two Ultrafire lights, which cost $4 each and run on rechargeable AA batteries. The lights are held together using a 3D printed base made from ABS+ material with a thickness of 3.3mm - it's incredibly durable and can withstand even the strongest hand pressure. To further enhance the mount's stability, I added a 50% infill Ninjaflex shockpad with a thickness of 3mm. This has significantly improved the light's performance on uneven terrain. By doing this project, I managed to save $180 compared to buying a commercial solution. With the addition of 14500 batteries, each light can produce up to 200 lumens of brightness. In the meantime, I've found that even with stock screws, the total height increase is only 6.3mm and everything seems to be working fine. The Ultrafire lights are an excellent value at just $12 for three units - check them out on Amazon at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BDGD8KR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
