This is a pulley designed for the Boosted V2 board, featuring 56t (56 teeth) gears matching the stock gear in both teeth count and size. No special belts are required for this setup, allowing for easy swapping out. If you mount 97mm's on the Dual+, you can expect to reach approximately 24-26mph, with some loss in braking and hill-climbing torque. I created my first 3D object based on the evolve pulley from eboardhacks.com, making a few adjustments along the way: - I reduced the inner diameter of the large bearing chase by 0.003 inches to achieve a snug press fit, similar to the stock gear. - I modified the flywheel's spleen/prongs to eliminate the need for Dremeling to secure them in place. For printing, I used 100% solid ABS material. As of now, these pulleys have accumulated approximately 50 miles of use and testing.
