Boosted board remote power/ mode button
thingiverse
Replacement for the original injection molded ABS power/mode button. The print fits perfectly with zero movement or noise, the print sits almost flush with the remote casing once installed. Installation is straightforward - unscrew the controller's two halves, set aside the deadman's trigger and thumb wheel, then unscrew the motherboard from the casing, replace the power/mode button, and reassemble. If the circular indent on the bottom disappears after slicing, try disabling 'union overlapping volumes' under the mesh fixes tab in Cura (or your slicer's equivalent setting). Printing upside down is recommended to avoid a bridging layer that would be needed around layer 11 or so.
