##About Parts This is an enclosure for my boost converter. (https://www.amazon.ca/Dasiter-Converter-12-60V-Step-up-Transformer/dp/B08B63RYD6) The rectangular hole at the top is for a voltmeter. (https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07ZNVRSM8) The two holes on each side is for a panel-mount barrel connector of your choice. ##About Assembly: Remove the 4 screws holding the PCB to the heatsink. Find M3-30mm screws which will go through the enclosure, through the PCB and screw into the heatsink. ##About the Cover: The cover is optional. And it will only fit if you get your hands dirty: I hacksawed the heatsink to make it thinner. It was wayyy to thick for my need. I don't push that much current. The cover is supposed to friction fit onto the side of the enclosure, but I added hot-glue to be safe. In other words, for simplicity, just print the main body (top5v.stl), and screw the boost converter onto the enclosure without the cover. Much simpler, and you get full heat dissipation too.
