This thing was made for combine a boost DC converter, active cooling (fan) and the power supply. You'll need: - Booster ZK-4KX from [AliExpress](https://aliexpress.ru/item/4000766900344.html). - Power Supply. I used 220V-12V 5A (60W), 11 x 7.7 x 3.7 sm. - Any fan 4010 size. I used Sunon HA40101V4-0000-c99 (12V 0.06A 3pin). - terminal block (cables clamp). I don't know, how to describe it. The distance between neighbour contacts is about 7.8mm. Also, as an option, buy a thermal key such as KSD9700. It can be attached to the aluminum radiator of the booster and will conduct the fan switching. I used 50C, normally open. ### Assembling notes A terminal block on the right side is attached with brass knurled thread nuts 2 x 3 x 3.2mm and the appropriate bolts. They can be replaced with nylon ties. Also, as you can see on the photos, this clamp can be attached to another side of the box. Fan fixed firmly in place without any additional screws. But its protector (grill) needs bolts and nuts :) M4 fits fine. This can be difficult to assemble. First of all set the fan in the box and only after that set the booster. You can reach the booster's cables block through the fan. But be careful. The booster box attached to the power supply by magnets. For fixing magnets I used 3D pen with the same filament as the box was made. But there are other options possible: double sided adhesive tape, small screws. Choose any convenient way. ### Source [OnShape](https://cad.onshape.com/documents/2778570068b8a24447c021ea/w/5e34919a796a01b3698519d7/e/0814c633843fb3c295ee0276)
