Initially, I created a boomerang from scratch using Stephan Hubert's plan, which can be viewed at http://swift.boomerang.free.fr/index2.htm. The boomerang is fun to use; simply attach a rubber band in the center, and it will return as shown on the plan at http://swift.boomerang.free.fr/images/plans/grand/plan8.jpg. Key features include a weight of 22g, 50% infill, and an extra 5mm shell perimeter with a layer height of 0.2.
