I cranked up the size to 430 mm and printed it solid with a nozzle of just 1 mm and layer heights set at 0.5 mm, still taking an impressive 2.5 hours to complete. The thing flies like a dream though, with a perfect weight that makes it easy to handle. Just be careful not to launch it into the wind or it will shoot straight up in the air!
